Our History

Grace Academy of Dallas, formerly Kvanli Academy, was established in 1974. Under the founder, Jody Capehart, the name was changed to Grace Academy in 1986 when the school moved into the facilities of Grace Bible Church.

The initial Montessori-based educational program has become more traditional in approach. The use of manipulatives in the classroom and emphasis on hands-on learning, however have remained key aspects of instruction. Grace Academy of Dallas in the North Dallas area is an established premier Christian elementary school that academically prepares and spiritually grounds students for future learning.
